Don MacDonald worked for several heating and air conditioning companies as a service technician.

Unhappy working for companies who wanted Don to sell equipment to customers which they did not need, he decided to start his own business In 1984.

Ole MacDonald's only sells customers exactly what they need, including parts replacement.
